The proper way to think of health – a key out of the Matrix

I have a view of health that has served me well, and saved me money. It will take care of your worries and diet-confusion.
I equate health with life itself.   One of these isn’t worth anything without the other.

I’ve made health a priority so I can get more out of life.

 

These are the 3 main aspects of health:

  • Diet

  • Mental approach to life

  • Lifestyle:  (sleep, exercise)

You are only as healthy as your weakest link, so you need to have all 3 aspects in good order. If you’re eating the best diet, and you’re sleeping from 2 A.M. to 8, you’ll be a mess. And even the best diet won’t help you.

Our society uses food as entertainment, or for a distraction. I just don’t think this works well. But people do become so attached to certain foods that they refuse to give up those foods to save their lives!

Enjoyment should come AFTER a meal; after your nutritional needs are met. Things like music give more pleasure than food. Experiences such as movies, travel and comedy provides lasting joy and enhances your whole life.

Pleasure from eating is superficial. The pleasure only exists because the body – to get you to eat calories needed for survival – makes you hungry when calories are needed; and turns off hunger when you eat.

And another thing: It feels good being healthy.
When you live connected to your nature, you’re in position to receive all the goodness that life allows.  See how good nature wanted you to feel by increasing these 3 aspects.

    The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention. Zyan malik
